Yushanna is a single mother raising three children who has been receiving heating oil from the CITGO-Venezuela Heating Oil Program for three years and was one of the recipients who traveled to Venezuela in 2006 to personally thank President Hugo Chavez, CITGO and Venezuela for their help.

The CITGO-Venezuela Heating Oil Program has come to an end for the 2009 winter season and is no longer accepting new applications.
